We specialise in professional house share, student rentals and property management, and have been in business for over 14 years. A business started from home and still operating from home, ensuring minimal over-heads, allowing us to maintain our ‘NO FEES’ policy to prospective tenants.

Our rented accommodation is of the highest standards with a constant refurbishment programme in place across all properties. We specialise in the Heaton and surrounding areas, letting to professionals and students.

The student 'house-rush' for the next academic year 10/11 is well under way to such an extent that we have only two properties left. A four bed terrace in Arthurs Hill and a six bed terrace in Heaton, both available from 1st September.

Rooms become available throughout the year, and currently, Astill Residential has a double room in Fenham and two rooms in Heaton.


All tenants can benefit from our 'Recommend a Friend' loyalty scheme. If a new group sign up (minmum 4) and pay a deposit for any available property via recommendation from an existing tenant, Astill Residential will pay a introduction fee of £100 (subject ot terms and conditions). For single person sign-ups, the introduction fee will be £30.
