Rooms become available throughout the year, and currently, Astill Residential has a double attic room in Fenham and two single rooms in Heaton.

All tenants can benefit from our 'Recommend a Friend' loyalty scheme. If a new group sign up (minmum 4) and pay a deposit for any available property via recommendation from an existing tenant, Astill Residential will pay a introduction fee of £100 (subject ot terms and conditions). For single person sign-ups, the introduction fee will be £30.
